01 REVISION SCOPE & SOLAR REMOVAL NOTICE

MANDATORY CHANGE: This revision removes every solar photovoltaic, BIPV, and BSBS solar-housing provision from the prior masterplan. The R-BSBS district is replaced by R-MR (Micro-Reactor Residential). No building-integrated PV, no rooftop solar, no community solar, and no solar thermal systems are permitted as compliance pathways in any district. The energy stack is now: micro-reactor + LFP battery + canal hydronic cooling + VPP orchestration.

REMOVED
  • • BIPV roof systems (14.8 kWp)
  • • BSBS solar building standard
  • • Community solar gardens
  • • Solar thermal pre-heat
  • • PV-driven DC nanogrid
RETAINED & EXPANDED
  • • Basement micro-reactor nodes
  • • 380V DC bus + LFP storage
